Received emails going through the whole hiring process except no on the phone interview (only emails). Awarded Data Entry/Admin Assistant position at $35hr with benefits. Receive offer letter but it seemed fake espically after they would not give me a employer signed copy before I started. Received check in amt of $4,963 to build mini home office and I deposited it and check cleared. Next day informed all on email communications so far that I insisted on binding contract of employment that clearly is signed by company with hours, pay and benefits. I was informed they did not do that.

Bottom line: Do not start work until both you and the employer have signed the employment letter or signed contract. I contact employers headquarter directly and found no one by those names working in those departments.
