I made a purchase of 2 advent calendars from a business advertised on Facebook using Paypal. The are named Advent and use the web URL rarall.com. i made the purchase Oct 16. On Oct 17 I received a package from an address I didn't know. I checked my Paypal and saw a purchase for the amount that I summited but to a different company name. Inside the box was 2 bags of what looks like engine degreaser. I looked up the company online and the exact same content using the same support email address is also available at lclcoo.com. I have already submitted to paypal, and the FTC to resolve this issue. Paypal contacted the customer who's REAL email is a Zendesk account: [email protected]

The seller name is listed as : ?????????????

on the Paypal report.
