This guy calls your number and explains that you are owed a refund. He explains that he wants to refund the money for a Microsoft service that you purchased in the past. He then makes you create an account online if you do not have a PayPal, so he can send money back to you. He has you then go and purchase gift cards from a locate retailer. i.e. Target. They can range in value from $500 to $3000.00. After you purchase the gift cards then he has you upload the numbers to the account you created. He then has you use a key to scratch off the numbers on the back of the gift card so you cannot read them. He explains this is for your own security. He then uses the cards and pulls the $500.00 amount off the card. If you try to block him, he will then text message you. He keeps your information on hand. If you have any call him he then acts like you owe him money.
