My first attempt to receive the product was July 9, 2023 with reply stated will resend
Second attempt July 14, 2023 with reply stating the product had been delivered
Third attempt August 1, 2023 with reply stating they will look in to it
Fourth attempt August 4, 2023 with reply stating they will check with shipping companies
Fifth attempt August 10, 2023 reply stating they will contact post office for delivery
Sixth attempt August 31, 2023 reply stating will resend
Email on 9/1/23 that I would like product sent to me
Seventh attempt September 25, 2023 Would not refund my money and the order was already "resent"
November 21, 26 more attempts to receive product or get my money back with no success.
