Items are deemed to be actual (a misting system). Payment by consumer (such as myself) is made and no product is sent. After a reasonable amount of time ( 2 weeks) the consumer calls and emails requesting when the products were sent. The company refuses to state when, by whom it was sent. After 2 weeks the consumer still has not received the product.
