Type of a scam Tech Support
Name of the sender is Marylin Houser, Account Mgr, but when I called a talked to a man with an Indian accent.
They sent me an email, telling me that my subscription to their computer service expired 6 June 2019 and that they will automatically renew it, by charging me $499 - Un-refundable.
When I called they wanted me to download an app and give them access number to my computer, so that they can give me another number, so that I can call their tech department and have them cancel my subscription.
I never subscribed to any such service.
This is another phishing scam from India!!!
