I was contacted by them while after looking for a legit advance loan business online. After filling out info I got several calls and they were one of them. They stated they were from Cash Advance of America and they saw my inquire about an cash advance. They had my information and so I assumed it was a legit company/offer. They preceeded in verifying I was who I said I was th and approved me for an advance. They put an amount in my account and then asked if they could take it back to prove to thier accounting department that my account was a real account and considered it an "insurance coverage". They then proceeded with depositing money that they said I was approved for. However they deposited way more than agreed upon. After this I told him he needed to take that back. He then advised me that he could not take out anything and that I would have to send it back to him either in gift card or money gram etc. That was not okay. I told him that I was not doing that and that the same way he put it in the account he could take it back. He argued and continuously called back and demanded me to pay back the "extra" money he accidentally deposited. He even went to the extreme to transfer me to a different department for that person to verify. - ha it was the same guy only he tried disguising his voice. I spoke to my bank they told me no, and to leave the money there. I explained this to him and he continued saying I needed to pay it back then accused me of trying to "run away" with thier money. I told him to cancel the whole deal and that I didnt want any of it. So he then threatened me and told me he was going to take back all the money deposited and extra due to me not cooperating again to ask me to just take care of the "extra" funds that he accidentally deposited and that he would leave me alone so I could enjoy the rest of the money. He didnt listen when I kept telling him no I didnt want any of it and that I believed he was a scam. He then told me that his website was cashneon.com and that I could see he was real. I did not believe him. I looked up the checks that were deposited into my account and they say they are from a Sonic Automotive inc. - which is a car company based out of North Carolina.

After he kept arguing and threatening that I "needed to handle this matter" I stopped answering the calls. He called back to back several times, until my fiance got on the phone with him and told him to leave me alone.
