I made an online purchase to buy a quart of Octaplus Gasoline Treatment on February 15, 2019 and printed a copy of the transaction and paid it with Paypal, instant payment. The order number I got was number 786, cost $36.54 and included $14.58 shipping for FedEx del. Since I have not received the fuel treatment yet, I made an attempt to contact Advanced Fuel Products, LLC. When I went to their website, there was no address of the location nor phone #, just an e-mail address to contact at the email address above. As soon as I sent the e-mail address, I got a reply back saying the inbox was full and un-deliverable. At this point, I'm feeling I've been had.

I then tried to contact Enertech Labs, the company that makes the fuel additive. They had a website, address of PO Box 732 Getzville, NY. So I sent them a message and got a similar response back the email address was not available. There is a phone number there, but it was for a person and not a company, *** ***. I'm filing this scam since neither company nor web site shows up on BBB to file a complaint.
