I received a phone call from a woman who did not identify what company she worked for. She said legal action was being taken against my son (who they thought was my husband). They said immediate attention was needed to prevent him from being taken to court. My son called them and asked who they were. They said the company is called ADS and they resolve debt. They say he owes money from a credit card debt from 11 years ago. When he called the company they said is suing him, they said they have no record on any unresolved debt. They dont even have the records from 11 years ago. The company that is the supposed debt resolution company has no verifiable address, website or letterhead. We think this is a scam but we wanted to know if it has been reported previously or can you verify this company.

Calls every day either says they have permission for wage garnishment or I have a bad check from my banking institution.
