I received a call from 513 409 2215, when I called back I was told that someone was trying to serve me court papers. I was given a court case number of CW21-67915. I checked the county where I lived and of course no court case was filed. I was then told ADS Group would have more information and given the number 888 497 1836. I was told that I owed Credit One Bank over 5000 dollars and was going to be served the next day from 9-2 for this amount and court costs plus attorney fees. They gave me a CC number with too many digits and I even verified it with them. When I asked her where the court case was filed, I was told it was not filed yet until I was served. Now, since they claim they have a court case number they have to have filed it somewhere. So, when I questioned that she started becoming really hostile and said it was obvious from my attitude that this was how I ended up in this situation. They had my last four of my social security number and my birthdate. Not a comforting feeling to say the least. I will be putting a freeze on my credit asap, and watching for anything weird.
