Was trying to install Microsoft Office on new computer. Clicked link to install then message saying my card code wasn't activated. They ask for name, address, email, computer id...was trying to sell tech support was pushing for me to pay for service. I chose paypal. I didn't follow through on payment. They called me back from 2 different numbers than the one I called first. When I tried to call the numbers back they were out of service. I then called geek squad and was directed to turn computer off.
