a phone call came to my cell from an automated dialer, I was called 3 times while I was on the phone answering. No one was actually on the line when I answered however shortly after I received voicemail stating I was going to be served with court documents from my county within the next 3 days. They said they would be to my home between 3-5 today and would make attempts at home and at work. If served at work, they would need a manager present along with ID. Then the message said, unless I call immediately 877-906-5299 to talk to the "party in the lawsuit" and was told to reference case number SCV 68090. I don't owe anyone anything, I have no credit cards and no debt!!!

The 877 number answers as ADR Dispute Resolution - pretty shady!!!

Person claimed to represent Wells Fargo. Stated I had done an overdraft of $500 and need to collect plus penalties. If I would not pay I would be served.
