On 11/5/24 I ordered a Wicked sweatshirt from Adorableswear.com for $34.48. It arrived on 11/26/24 and did not match the item description at all, and was very poor quality. I immediately contacted their customer service to request a refund. I complied with all requests from the company for more details about the problem including sending pictures of the item. They proceeded to give me the run around about how it was too expensive to return the item, and could I just take a 20% discount coupon for another order, which I refused. To date they still will not refund my money or provide me with a US return address. I am requesting a full refund of what I paid. I have copies of all email correspondence if you would like them.

I purchased a Changed for Good Witch & Princess Embroidered Contrast Gradient Sweatshirt.
What I received was a silky material, not a sweatshirt where they had photographed the design on the sweatshirt bait photo and printed on this shirt.
