Vince said his helper would take care of the rest. The shipping co. He used was Access pet logisticsn transportation services. First thing I had to pitches a new creat for a refundable 674.00$. than 250.00$ for vaccination. It was starting to get worse.
So I emailed who I thought was the owner.
Will some how Vincent's company was mirrored by a hacker. 700.00$ for insurance. And another shot. Than 250.00$ for more insurance. Everytime we turned around more money 2,774.00$ later. Mind you the puppy was to be at my door step Dec.21.2021.
Now we were told it was refunded able.
St the very end this young boy from Africa gets on line and start apologizing to me . Says I'm just a kid, and I do not like doing this to people but it is hard times in Africa right now. Mam you have scammed and please forgive me. WHAT!! I'm going to block you now because I don't want to see you crying.
We were told not to talk to the helper licence or the shipping co.

I did manage to get ahold of Vince at one point told us the puppy was in quarantine in Spokane. That was a lie. I call and talked to them. They do not quarantine animals unless they are out of state? According to Vince if he or we do not come Up with 300.00 and something here in a couple days then puppy goes into Quarantine for 3months and him and I get charge with abandonment and animal cruelty charges fines and jail time.b
Look I just want my puppy.
