I purchased updated versions of Adobe Acrobat but cannot get them to work and the version I was downloading now disappeared from my account on Adobe's Website. I have spent over 6 hours trying to fix it and the transcript of the 'chat' now also has disappeared. I have paid but no software that is usable.
