I asked him (Alex) to run the check himself and I would take that $20 off the cost of the vehicle. He didn’t haggle on the price. I told him I would only go through carfax.com since it’s a well known company. He said that he was trying to save me money. After I sent the carfax report, I did not hear from him again. This happened today, 7/24/18
