Contacted by Jacob Edwards, (737) 384-2396, Director of Mediation Dept., Dispute Mediation Group (DMG), 410 N Main St #2099, Euless, TX 76039 (866) 926-2659, File #CG1256980

Stated I owed Check-n-Go $3,000+ for a defaulted loan from 2013 Account #53886916 (not real). Stated I could settle for $2,038.25 (6 mos at $333.71/month) or one lump sum of $1,292.36. Sent me a promissory note and pressured me to decide and pay the same day. Encouraged me to call Check-n-Go probably thinking I would not. Called Check-n-Go and spoke with Diego in Check-n-Go Collections Dept. who confirmed no such loan existed, which I already knew because I never took out a loan with Check-n-Go in 2013 or any year. This is fraud and should be reported. Thank God I did not give my financial info nor sign any documentation. Please prosecute this company.
