On June 28 I received a phone call advising me that I had failed to make 3 quarterly payments for anti-malware services at $149.99 each or a total of $449.99 plus a $200.00 fee for a total owed of $649.99. The plan is titled "Malware & Virus Protection Services" and I had been inactive (2 year plan). If I wished to discontinue services the full balance of $649.99 must be paid immediately. The caller added he was authorized to reduce the balance by $200.00 if I would pay immediately. Shortly after the phone call, I received an email message instructing me to make payment to Capital Administration Center, LLC. The address is PO Box 3810, Fort Pierce, FL 34948.
