Received a call on my cell phone from this company, they said they were from a collection agency and I owed $649.99 since 10/6/2015 for Malware and Virus Protection Services- Inactive (2 Year Plan) I supposedly made an initial payment of $149.99 on 10/6/2015 and they claim I missed 3 payments (Installments Owed $449.99 Late Fees $200.00 Total Owed $649.99 )and if I didn’t pay it they would report it to the credit bureaus. I told them to email me a copy of an invoice and what I received was an excel doc.
