I went to this website, which posed as the USPS, to update and forward my mail to my new address. The fee was listed to be $1.05, then a few days later, the fee was processed for $79.95. There is no reason for me to pay $80 to a fraudulent company when I can actually change my address and truly forward my mail for only $1 with the USPS. My mail was not even legitimately forwarded. I am highly upset and do not recommend ANYONE use this site for any reason! FRAUD!!! SCAM!!!

I went to change my address, on what I thought was the USPS website to change my address. I kept getting error messages until the third time. I look at my credit card, and I am charged $79.95 from addresschangeforms.org, which is NOT what I did my address change on. I was scammed $80 and they claim they can't find my account so they can't refund me.
