Needed to do a change of address. Went online, typed it in. Clicked on the first result as it looked exactly like the official USPS site. *****l USPS site charges $1...this site charged me $79.95. I called the number on my bank statement and the "company" said they charge this fee because they provide this service to customers. They claim to submit your info to the do not call registry, change address, etc. I explained I would never pay $80 for something I can do for free! They said they would refund my money. We shall see in 3-5 days.
