Fraudulent website set up to mimic the US Postal Service change of address form. Charged $45.00 to credit card for a $1.05 service but does not clearly disclose that they are not affiliated with the US Postal Service or that the $45.00 charge will be placed. When it does, they are fraudulently using "USPS" in their merchant name so the receipt will look like it came from the Postal Service. Their website has been repossessed, but you can see the cache in Google that it is based in Puerto Rico, but the address is a "virtual office". They claim their address as C/O USA INTER LLC, 2093 PHILADELPHIA PIKE, CLAYMONT, DE 19703 but that address is their "registered agent" Registered Agents Inc of 30 N Gould St, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Further "USA Inter LLC" doesn't even show up on the Delaware Division of Corporations website. Also, when you call, they try to harvest personal information out of you again.
