I was sent an email by Adblaze Advertising ([email protected]) to sell ad space on my Facebook page, which has over 40k followers. I was interested in the deal, and we talked back and forth through email. They sounded very professional and everything seemed like it was legit, but this couldn't be farther from the truth.

They created a fake Facebook Business account, asked for me to join it, and then connect my page. I had no idea the power that this gave them. They took control and ownership of my page, and removed me and wife from the administration role. They then started to post freebooted viral videos to our audience in an attempt to make some money from ads.

Facebook has since restored us as the rightful owners of our page, thankfully. This pathetic company should be shut down and the owners fined. What [censored].
