Type of a scam COVID-19
Searched online Sunday (December 19,2021) morning for a specific kids face mask. Found this company, placed and completed the order and created a new account.
Received an email message regarding server issue.
Called Monday, (December 20,2021) morning left a voicemail message asking someone from the company to return my call because I have not received any email response regarding the product that I ordered. Called them multiple times .
Monday, the company emailed me a username and a generated password to use in order to place an order. I wasn't comfortable with that.
Called Tuesday morning, left several voicemail messages that no one else had returned my calls and threatened them that I will report them to the BBB.
Checked my email and still no confirmation regarding the medical product.
Finally, I called Tuesday afternoon and the number is now " disconnected ".
