Oh, you insufferable pieces of human garbage at @Activecom. How can this scam slam still be in business? They literally have 1 star reviews on ALL trusted platforms. This is the most sleazy, borderline illegal (how is it legal!?!), shady [censored] company out there. Here is why:
I got suckered into purchasing their "refund" plan by registering for an ART camp of all places. I cannot believe that:
1. They insist I signed up and cannot provide a valid signed contract
2. They insist that I cannot get a refund of my "purchase" because I did not request it in time under their terms and conditions. Which I did not read or sign. And I requested a refund literally within 2 minutes of "purchase".
3. The customer service stalled my email for 4 days and now claims I don't qualify for the terms of purchase refund.
4. The phone support is unavailable. The email support says they are too busy. Supervisors are not available.
So, disputing through the bank now. Wish me luck.

Total money lost $69.95
Type of a scam Online Purchase
Yesterday I was charged $69.95 for a "membership" by a company I had never heard of before: Active.com. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes to cancel my account and have my money refunded, and the customer service rep said it was done, but it's been a whole day and the account is still live on their site and the money has not been reflected in my account. I got online and found hundreds of other people have experienced the same thing, including one large settlement they paid to people in Vermont who they had ripped off. This company should be put out of business immediately.
