Saw advertisement online about Active Revitalizing Moisturizer being promoted by Savannah Guthrie. Clicked link and found that there was a free trial just had to pay 5.95 for shipping. Entered information to pay and then was taken to a page that was promoting another type of product. Did not show purchase confirmation, etc. Received email in Junk email from Customer Support (no email address to reply back) stating that my order will arrive in 7-12 business days. If had any questions, comments or suggestions for improvements to contact Customer Care Agents at 8883918531 or by emailing us at. (no email address in email what-so-ever) Signed by Customer Service with phone number 8883918531.

Called customer service to cancel order and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Hung up and called back and finally spoke to someone named Adam. He stated that this purchase was made through a 3rd party contact center and that he was unable to help/assist in cancelling order. Would not provide company name, etc. Very rude and argumentative. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
