On 11/27/20 my bank called and informed me I had unauthorized purchases on my account from active keto I informed them I never made a purchase from them and two month later they are saying I did I never received the merchandised in question So how did they supposedly send product to my house and get my banking information. So I’m out of two hundred dollars with this company that supposedly sent me something. Fraud all the way . The bank is informing me I have to disputed with this company under a different name support tryketo.com and they wasn’t the one who withdrawn the money out my account Active Keto did.
