Dino davis is the primary contact for action paving LLC. Claims to be an asphalt company and claims he has a crew of people. This man took $1,000 of my money for a down payment for asphalt job for my driveway. He used covid, short workers, he is sick as excuses including saying the frost laws haven’t been lifted when scheduling me for a asphalt date but they were lifted. I took him to small claims court, won the case but now I have to garnish his wages/property and have no personal information about this guy and what he owns. I have a 8691 spinnaker Ypsilanti Michigan address for him as well but no response to pay me what I trusted to be done. Help!
