Purchased lifetime warranty

I purchased this camera with Micro SD card plus Life time warrant through PayPal, after 2 months I opened case for item not received, with few weeks received the camera, 3 weeks later SD card, about life time warranty they keep on telling me digital document is already emailed, I even checked my junk folder, warranty is not there, on PayPal transaction page they posted it was sent by UPS, 2 different statements they made, so far it looked I lost the life time warranty & my money
