INDIVIDUALS CALLING CLAIMING TO REPRESENT MICROSOFT. THEY WANT TO INITIALLY ASK YOU ABOUT YOUR COMPUTER. WE .HUNG UP, WE DID NOT CONTACT MICROSOFT IN ANY WAY PRIOR TO THE PHONE CALLS

While working in Microsoft word, an alert comes up to call the above # indicating a virus. Calling the number the person took hold of the mouse and had control of computer. We shut down and hung up the phone but not sure if anything was corrupted
