The ad was on Facebook marketplace for discounted Intex above ground swimming pools. It looked completely legit and when I clicked on the link it took me to a website that had all kinds of info saying it was the intexcorp and that it had secure shipping and it looked great. I ordered the pool I wanted and was set. When I didn’t get the order a few weeks later I emailed the company and didn’t hear back from them. It said on their website it was pending which I thought was strange so I emailed asking about it. I never heard back from them. I emailed again a week later. Nothing. So then I emailed PayPal asking for my money back because I was mad and wanted my $ back since I didn’t get my pool and figured I prob never would. They said they looked into it and because the company said they gave them a tracking number and said it was delivered already through the USPS they wouldn’t give me my money back. I was like I never got anything! I checked my cameras because we have 2 in the front of my house and I made sure that nothing was delivered that day to my house which it wasn’t and I emailed the post office. They called me and informed me that the tracking # the place gave me had an address that was completely different and nothing even close to my address(but she couldn’t tell me the exact address) she did say the package was only 6 ounces and obviously that it must be a scam because if it was supposed to be a few hundred pound pool and our correct address was on the invoice & the 6 ounce package sent to someone else was deliberate so they could say something was sent and delivered so they could keep my money. They had no intent of sending anything worth the actual price and weight that was paid for but since they said they delivered it somewhere they got away with it. The post office said companies do that all the time and re-use numbers so they can send worthless things to people and scam people out of their money. PayPal won’t give me my money back now because they think I got something even though I keep telling them I got nothing. Please find these people and let others know. Thank you. By the way the website went from

Intex to www.qzbkj.com. And when it came up the money sent going to PayPal was sent to Stones School Supply. It says if you have questions to get back to this email address which I assume would be from the company but looks like a regular person email —[email protected]. This was not the email that they gave when I had to email on the website that they never replied to so I don’t even know what this is. Either way I’m out almost $100 & my kids have no pool. ??
