I got a voicemail from Minnesota number I did not recognize (612-844-0437)I have family who just moved there so I started to listen to it and when I heard about GEEKSQUAD renewal I shut it off. Today I got a message from 866-686-0159 saying my account was successfully billed $399.00 from GEEKSQUAD Computer Service for auto renewal subscription, which of course I never had to renew. It said if it’s not done by you please call 612-601-1721. I called and no response. I sent them a text and said “You are a bunch of crooks and you just got reported to the authorities.”

Informing me that my annual renewal had been processed. I have NEVER had a subscription/annual with them, especially at $275!
