This company is pretending to be with Best Buy's Geek Squad. They are asking for information to renew my Geek Squad support service for another year but I never signed up for it in the first place.

Twice I have received an email from a company saying that I have a subscription for the Geek Squad for $249.00 that I didn't sign up for. I say Geek Squad because this is associated with Best Buy,the Company. They have The Geek Squad logo on their website. Consumers beware,so far I haven't had any money taken out but for some reason this keeps coming in my email. They also provided a client ID which is suspicious considering I never signed up for anything. When I call I get people trying to direct me to a website to cancel,cancel something I didn't sign up for . BEWARE! if you get this email.

I received an email that appeared to be from Geek Squad. They were taking $366 out of my account for computer protection. I replied to the email. They asked me to go into my bank account. I think they may have gotten into my bank account. I never did business with them. I did not give any account information and I do not have an account with them. . I contacted my bank. No money was withdrawn. Their phone number is 800-484-7818. I also spoke with a Henry Addins. His phone number is 424-306-3313.
