The e-mail was from Billing Team. It was telling me that I was being charged for the renewal of Protection 360 and if this was incorrect or if I wanted to cancel call 850-738-1059. When I blocked this, the e-mail came from [email protected]. I notified Microsoft and they stated it was a phishing and to block it which I did. The charge was to be for $249.90. I "fell" for something like this before and they begin talking nicely and then they begin pressuring and become verbally aggressive and manipulative.
