I received an email from fifth third bank that stated my account settings had been changed. I was then told to go on the website to review. I questioned the legitness of this type of bank but I was also concerned if someone was using my identity. I called the customer service number and the first thing the automated system told me is to enter my social. I refused to enter it and was told I couldn't speak with anyone until I provided it. I hung up and then checked to see if others had reported it. Upon seeing others reported similiar scams I blocked the email and reported it.
