Someone calling himself Frank Carter, with Publishers Clearinghouse, called saying won$2.5million, new Mercedes C180, and $500,000 cash. Asked if i wanted the televised presentation or the private one, needed to provide them with a Vanilla gift card from Walgreens or CVS for 1% of taxes, amount of $299.35.
