The email says they are processing an "Auto Debit" for renewal of a 3-yr subscription with Geek Squad in the amount of $249.99. When I provided the order number noted on the email, the man on the phone referred to me with my daughters name. I said I had no recollection of any such subscription and asked them to cancel it. The man said they would refund the $349.99. I pointed out that that amount was $100 more than noted in the email. He said the difference was for taxes, and he said he would transfer me to the refund department and asked if I had a computer nearby. When I asked why I needed a computer, he said they would connect with it to process the refund. I said it all sounded illegal and he hung up.
