I received an email. Saying I was being charged $442.00 for an annual subscription I never purchased. The man on the other line was talking over me wanting me to give him my information. Saying I would be charged today. I asked him what the name was on the account. He couldn’t give it to me. Or the last four digits on the card that was being used. He ignored me and proceeded to tell me I was being charged on something I knew nothing about or the company itself.
