Type of a scam Employment
I didn't recall applying for a company called the Aztek Company but he insisted that it was for a customer service/data entry position that would be working from home with flexible hours.
I connected with the "Hiring Manager" who identified himself as Christopher Messer ([email protected]) and quickly googled the company and it seemed to be a legitimate company with locations throughout the US, however on careers there were no customer service/data entry positions open.
They ran through a whole script and tried to convince me they were a legitimate hiring manager, and attempted to collect my personal information and have me pay $100 for software programs to use for the fake position.
