This company "ACS or ACE" has contacted me only through email demanding a said amount of money. They never contacted me through US mail. I do have a loan with SpeedyCash which is a parent company of ACE or ACS. However, I have been making on time payments with SpeedyCash and have had no issues. They are threatening to file a lawsuit in Florida and now in New York on me and I don't know what to do. I need help. See attachment for the emails they sent me. I do not believe I have any loan with them. I asked them prove it by providing me the loan amount, date and what account it was credited to and they wont produce that information. I have other payday loans and they were all setup with automatic payments from my bank account so I find it very hard to believe I signed up for a loan and received the money and didn't make payments...
