The email was sent to me stating that a lawsuit had been filed against me and that was their final warning and that I had 24 hours to get in contact with them to try to settle the amount owed and if I didn't that I would be considered as not complying and wanting to dispute, but after the 24 hours were over they would be notifying my bank and other credit bureaus to seize all of my accounts within 7 business days. And I know for a fact this is my first email from them on top of the fact that I watch my credit score and what is on my credit report and nothing such as this has ever popped up. This is definitely a scam and I advise that you look into the email before calling and giving them any kind of personal information or making any kind of payments due to fear.
