I recieved an from this company called ACS Debt Management Law Firm. They stated that I needed to pay 990.67 to their client which they never mentioned there clients business. I needed to pay the full amount or within 7 days they would file a lawsuit. There was contact information on this letter Law firms will contact you by certified postal mail and have proper contact information. Be aware of ACS(Legal Department)

I first received an email that said I owed money towards a loan. They said they had my SSN, email, phone number, and IP address from the computer I used to sign for the loan. They said that if I did not take action they were going to take me to court. At first I thought this was legitimate and replied. They then proceeded to say to settle the case I needed to pay $350.00 using a RELOADIT PACK, load the funds, get the 10 digit reference number, and give them the number. I realized quickly this was a scam. When I asked for the contract I allegedly signed for the loan they said that if I do not take this seriously then would move forward with legal action. Please be weary of debt collectors who email you from a gmail account (that should have been my first warning sign) and ask for payment using anything other than actual payment.
