This employment position was offered on Indeed.com. I was asked for all my personal information for a position and am still trying to speak with someone on the phone from this agency without luck. I was contacted at 1 am as well as 5 am asking for my personal information and the facility being staffed has never heard of this agency. The forms they have sent me are not of one agency and look to be downloaded off of google. The main contact line seems to be a personal cell of a man that answered the phone as such.
