The company posts pictures and video on Amazon of a flowering shrub in a pot. What arrives is a dried out stick with some roots in an envelope. No pot is included. The plant was sent as a gift. Looking at the reviews, this has happened to more than one person. It is a deceptive business practice.

I found a video of a children’s toy cleaning car online and liked it. Then I discovered the seller on Amazon, made a payment, and purchased it. However, the product I received was not the genuine brand shown online; it was of very poor quality and clearly a counterfeit product.

My fiancé purchased an engagement and wedding band ring set from this company via Amazon in December 2022. By February my engagement ring lost one of the major stones. I reached out to the company and they offered to replace the ring. By the time the engagement ring returned to me, the wedding band had lost a stone. I asked for a refund and they said it was too late to refund the purchase, but they would replace the ring. I excepted the replacement, and no sooner did that arise found my replacement engagement ring lost a stone. I have reached out to the company several times for a replacement, and or refund with no response. In the meantime, I have read several reviews on Amazon and I’ve seen that this is a common problem with this company. I also noticed that their advertisement that this ring is 14 karat gold must be false, because the ring is not stamped with the 14 karat mark required of jewelry. I left a voice message this morning, sent a text message to the texting number provided, have emailed them… No response. We want our money back. This company is not trustworthy and their products are faulty, fraudulent, and a scam overall.
