This people by the name of Yoel Gonzalez and Evelio Gonzalez had a delivery business in Hialeah. My mom was visiting U.S and purchased a Kitchen and two TVs from them and paid for them to be delivered to her house in Cuba for a total of $589.00 on 05/22/2019. It was a gift to her, I was gonna pay with card and conveniently his terminal was stuck so I had to pay cash instead. We never heard of them again, they closed the website and changed the phone # or blocked us, not even informed or updated us on the status of the cargo and disappeared. The person who recommended us this service still tells us they had an issue and justifies them but it's been a year already and we haven't even been contacted by them.
