Type of a scam Employment

Fairly sophisticated attempt to solicit my personal information and professional resume while presenting themselves as a career placement assistance organization. The initial communications between myself and the point of contact felt as though they could be legitimate, however, the longer I continued to engage with the representative who refers to herself as Sophia, the more the entire thing felt like a cash grab. Her interactions were very short and seemingly frustrated as I expressed my reluctance to sign up for any program that claimed to offer 100% job placement guarantees, and I couldn't help but notice that each of her other colleagues or points of contact that I had interacted with were all seemingly from the same background and not US natives. I did find that in one particular phone conversation that was established as a "interview" the person on the other end of the phone seemed to be quite knowledgeable and asked some very in depth questions related to the technical proficiency's that they were screening for. The follow up emails and phone calls that came later however all felt very pointed and as though they were in a hurry to get me to sign up/sign on for a 6 week program that they offered for a price of $700.00 USD and pushed as being a requirement in order for them to move forward with marketing me to their network of businesses looking to staff QA and Automation Test Engineers.
