Ordered a boys bicycle on Nov. 21, 2021 for a Christmas gift. Got confirmation, transaction number, tracking number from China, Immediately emailed to find out why bike was being shipped from China when I thought they were located in CA. No response in 2 days. Tried calling CA phone number to find out it was not valid. Since this time, I can't log into website to get phone number. I immediately called Capital One to report scam. They checked into it and said sender said package was delivered. I have not received the bike. USPS said the tracking number belongs to a 4 0z. pkg. delivered to a different address. A bike weighs way more than 4 oz. Claim was also filed with Paypal who the sender used. Sure hope I eventually get my $ back.
