We have been contacted by multiple individuals who have come to/contacted our office at 1701 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 looking for an outfit purporting to be "ACE Properties LLC." There is no such business located at 1701 Market Street. Our law firm -- Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP -- has been operating continuously from the location at 1701 Market Street for more than 20 years. It appears that the scammers are targeting people who own time-share properties with some sort of fraud that would require the victims to pay certain fees as part of the sale of their time-share properties.

I have been contacted twice now by Ace Properties, LLC about selling my timeshare based in Mexico. Once in June 2019 and again in December 2019 Their claim is to represent an investment group trying to buy up a controlling interest in the timeshare properties so they are offering an enticing amount for the property. I even received a written offer. Once you start pressing them to verify the legitimacy of the company, they quit corresponding immediately and don't answer the phone or return phone calls. Internet research finds several people reporting the same scam. Some have lost money but I was lucky to figure it out before following through with the sale. BEWARE!
