Ace/Fidelity Reports & Reviews (1)

My husband received a call from an Elena from Ace document handling asking for me with my maiden name. She left a reference number to my case. I called back with said reference number and was transferred to a Donald Johnson who claimed he was with Fidelity and was a third party handling the submission of a lawsuit from HSBC, which would be suing me for defaulted credit terms and balance. When I told him I couldn't pay such a large amount, he offered a smaller amount. Still not able to pay that he offered me a hardship program where I would have to pay a $250 dismissal fee and then $110 per month until I had paid off the settled upon balance. I requested to consult with my husband before agreeing and he gave me his direct line 2132911383. He never answered when I called, but his voicemail settings proved it was indeed his phone. When I asked him for written proof he said that he would send me proof once I had given him a payment date, and that the proof would come in the form of a legally binding contract. He said he could send this by email or USPS. I said I wasn't entering into any contract unless he could provide me with written proof beforehand, his companies full name and operating address so that I could verify the companies validity. He then got irate and began to raise his voice at me and then told me that he would be sending my account to litigation so that the lawsuit could be filed on Monday October 17, 2016.

He also could not give me my full social security number.
