There is 0 information given when this lady / person leaves a voice msg. She does NOT say MY name, her name NOR the company she works for name. She does say, that she has “documents” that match my name and Social Security # ... but, again, makes NO mention of what my name OR S.S. # is! Then says she will be “coming to my work or home TODAY” to “deliver” said “documents”. She then ends with an EXTREMELY SNARKY “I’ll see you soon!” This is certainly NOT a company trying help me or provide some kind, helpful service ... No No, she meant business in her VM and was trying very hard to be nasty and threatening!!!!! She did leave a phone number that I called IMMEDIATELY!!

Some woman named Clare or Clair (however she spells it) answered but would only provide her company name and kept saying, she “can give me no Information (about HER OWN COMPANY) until I provide HER with MY name! I told her “that is absolutely NOT going to happen until I receive more information about her company FIRST!” She then told me that she “couldn’t help me then!” And hung up on me! No matter what type of business this is, Doc. Delivery, Proc Svr., Law firm, or Collection Co., she/they (idk for sure if the same person that called with the VM is the same person that answered my call) are completely unprofessional, rude, threatening, and generally unpleasant! I TRULY BELIEVE they are either a Collection Co. or a Scam because I have NEVER had ANY type of business conduct themselves in this manner. Either way, they need to be dealt with accordingly ... you CANNOT try to scare OR THREATEN people... in ANY WAY, for ANY REASON!

** EXAMPLE PORTION ~i only have a VM on my cell, it is not an attachable doc and would be larger than 2mb

The answer to that is I DON’T KNOW for certain if they have it honestly. They say they have “matched MY NAME & SS# to DOC’s THEY HAVE” so whatever that means. (Maybe I Truly didn’t understand your question ~that is why I put NO, but I felt I needed to, at least mention that)
